Cash on Delivery Policy

How it works

Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. The amount due is the order total shown at checkout, including delivery charges.

Order confirmation

We may call or message you to confirm a Cash on Delivery order before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.

Please be available

Keep your phone on and have the exact amount ready. If delivery fails repeatedly, the order may be cancelled and future Cash on Delivery orders may be restricted.

Refusing a parcel

You may inspect the parcel for visible damage at delivery. For exchanges or refunds, see our Returns & Refunds page.
